"Adna was very knowledgeable and kind and has been great to work with! The complex is very clean and orderly. I especially like the enclosed hallways and elevators, as well as the valet trash. They also provide recycling!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our time in this community. The amenities, perks, and service were always good. The only drawback was the constant noise of the people living upstairs that their steps radiated into our place no matter how many times we notified management. I think it’s just an infrastructure issue, so I’d recommend renting on the top floors."

"ZRS Mangement is horrible stay far away from any properties they manage. They don’t repair anything in a timely manner. One of the pool gates has been broken for over 6 months and still not repaired. The deck in the pool area has warped and loose boards and has had caution tape up for over a month and still not repaired. It’s embarrassing to invite guests over because of the condition of this property. The landscaping looks hideous and hasn’t have new mulch in over 6 months. The dog waste stations stay full and some don’t even have lids so they really smell bad. The trash can by the bbq area has been overflowing for over a week and has maggots. The previous property management companies did a great job at up-keeping this property. The office staff is friendly. My review keeps being removed because it’s honest, shame on you ZRS for trying to sensor honest reviews."
