"Horrible place. Black mold. Apartment flooded multiple times and all they did was fan it out. The roaches will carry u away in ur sleep. Laundry facilities do not work! Oh yeah and the pool is never open or clean for that matter. The tennis and basketball courts have not been functioning in over 30 years. They once had a car wash but the vacuums and sprayers don't work. The whole parking lot floods when it rains and the plumbing is horrendous. We had RAW sewage back up in front of our front door And all they did was throw a plant pot on top of it. My mom got pneumonia 5 times while living there. She was there over 30 years and in the same apartment for20. They didn't change her carpet out at all, even after it flooded several times. WARNING !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE !! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED"

"Would not recommend they have black mold vary badly in the apartments I been getting vary sick as well as my child and husband there pipes are also bad leaking flooding all the time in are apartment they don’t do anything about it or care also they have roaches really bad as well we costal spend money to try and keep them away"

"This is the WORST APARTMENTS TO LIVE IN!!! You know how you move somewhere and might get a stray cat that shows up? Well only move here if you like waking up to finding homeless people drugged up on crack living on your porch, And management a HUGE PROBLEM!!! The mangers always getting fired and new ones hired constantly! I lived here for ONE year and we have five mangers so far LOL they are a JOKE the new lady who looks like a POTATO with no brain is working their currently, I told these people I was moving out 4 months in ADVANCE and they still are trying to charge me a fee for moving out and trying to charge me for damages??? When I moved in because of the management issues my apartment was NEVER PAINTED AND NEVER UPDATED I literally made the apartment nicer then when I moved in!!! One room had a lamp thing missing because the guy who works there broke it when he was changing the light bulbs and they wanna charge me 300 dollars for that LMAO including other random azz charges literally they are a joke I GREW UP IN JACKSONVILLE I lived in many apartments in this area and these are the trashiest!!! And the fat potato that works in the office now can suck on my left Nut, For Real I’m warning you don’t move here it sucks you will regret it -From A Local person who’s honest and got no filter."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE my apartment has FLOODED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH SEWAGE WATER. Office and Maintenance do NOTHING. maintenance people are not to blame, apparently the apts were just BUILT WRONG AND HAVE NO PROPER DRAINAGE. hundreds of dollars of clothes, furniture, and family heirlooms have been DESTROYED due to flooding water from the walls, or from the ceiling (WHICH ALSO CAVED IN) photo’s are at the time of writing since my apt is flooding for the 10th time in 2 years after promise of being fixed"
