"Well, for one, they like to take and charge you more money for stuff they like to just put a "bandaid" on. Potholes are getting worse(pretty sure that's how I bent my rim), something that was supposed to take only "3 weeks", took a few months, AND still not complete. You got guys hiding in bushes. Guys peeing in bushes. My fiance almost beat one guy for doing it right where our kid could see. The pest problem runs throughout the whole area. You tell them the problem. They just send the guy out to spray 2 areas. The kitchen and the bathroom, that's it, he's in and out in like 10 seconds. When someone moves out, more comes along. Cars are constantly being broken into. It happened again just the other night. Watch out if you have kids. There have been a couple of cars watching kids. A few of the kids had mentioned to some of us adults that they didn't know who those people were. You got beer cans and bottle tops in the parking lot. Keep your vehicles up to date. Otherwise, they'll have it towed at your own expense. When you pay your rent, make sure you get proof of what is being paid and what you're being charged for. Have them print out a ledger of what you are paying for. They've been known to OVER charge people. Good luck if you move in. You're going to need it."
"Not happy with bugs & potholes. Everything gets a bandaid type fix all the time, instead of doing it right once. Management is nice. Pools haven't been open yet this year so far. People don't pick up after their pets. People drinking in parking lot or their cars throwing cans &bottles out. Cars driving fast through parking lot like it's a racetrack. No yield signature the entrance to allow cars to come in off of Powers without having to wait on cars leaving parking lot. Cars coming in should have right of way."
"A little frustrated to be honest so far. The apartments themselves aren’t bad at all and the amenities are nice. Just had some bad experiences and today was the tipping point. 1: on the day of move in we had to get a cashiers check for the full amount which we did, the DOMUSO app was down so they agreed to take the physical check that one time. Not even a week later my sister gets a call threatening eviction paperwork because “we didn’t pay” all right whatever situation was cleared up and they found the check 2:The potholes are awful and got gravel filled up in them which flooded out the second it rained. They aren’t small ones either. Already lost a tire due to it because you can’t see them when it’s raining. 3:Then tonight out of the blue the water randomly stopped working. (Again everything was paid and I have the receipts). Overall just a frustrating experience. It just seems to be one thing after another. I’ll update my review once this is fixed. Edit: Water wasn’t their fault my neighbor took the initiative (like a jerk) to turn the water off for the whole building himself because he was having an issue. Wasn’t Pointe siennas fault."
"Only moved here because it was the only place that responded when in need of an emergency move. The staff is nice, but the apartments are not. The current owners purchased this last year and have been doing a great job making headway with changes that will undoubtedly be great for some. For instance, the decision to build a soccer field in the middle of a bunch of apartments with already thin walls. Was not happy with screaming children and adults for the last 6 months of my stay at all hours. There was no peace. Buildings have major pest problems that never got resolved, or even got help with from property management. When they would inconsistently send a pest control guy he would ask me what I wanted done. Clearly there was no plan in place to alleviate the issue. We had a first floor unit, perhaps 2nd floor had it better. All of this for over $1300 a month for a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment is wild. Was able to find a 4 bedroom home for cheaper when lease was up. Adios, and good riddance, Pointe Sienna."
"I've had termites and ants coming in thru my window that is broke for over a month now. They still have not fixed. This is my office where I work from home...sad to say if rather be at the office. Water also comes in this window creating mold too. The Laur ladies in the office are unprofessional and rude. This place is a dump."
