"Quiet and well managed"
"Roaches, ants, half of the grass doesn't get cut, mold issues, no air flow, AC unit breaks and takes forever to get it fixed, maintenance said it blows cold...just to come back 6 days later to replace it anyway, even said the bad smell coming from it is due to the train, which is also a huge negative, it literally shakes the apartment (if you want to call it that) every 10-15 minutrs, 24/7 and year round. Washer/dryer plugs are fire a hazard (outdated). Leaks in roof, the excuse is "it's just dust so it looks like that" Parking lot floods, all issues are brought up to management and they just go "okay". Do the bare minimum to get by and then raise rent 30%, would not recommend."
"Lived here for 2 years too long. Didn't have working AC for months, they refused to even come look at the unit. Mold issues due to lack of air flow, leaky roof in the bedroom and roaches galore! The only thing they added to the unit was screens for the windows. No dishwasher, no laundry, no amenities whatsoever!"
