"Been living her for a few months. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves but friendly. It's a older complex that needs a few upgrades and repairs but for the cost I must say I feel safe and would recommend."

"In the year that I've lived here, every single kitchen appliance I have owned has been ruined by cockroaches. An opossum got into my bathroom when their contractors left a hole in my floor. I had to call local code enforcement to actually get them to fix the hole. Management got rude with me after that and also told me I couldn't hang a pride flag in my window, which feels like targeted harassment considering many other residents hang flags and decorations without being fined or threatened. I literally pay for pest control that Does Not Work. Roaches in both sinks, roaches coming out of outlets, roaches everywhere."

"I moved into this beautiful studio apartment on October 16 and soon as I moved in, I fell in love with my unit and everything is perfect. No issues at all. Samantha, the property manager was very sweet and polite. It has everything like the ceiling fan which helps me sleep better without waking up in the middle of the night unlike my last apartment which doesn’t have the ceiling fan. I don’t go by reviews I go by what I see and I love what I see. This is a perfect place, quiet neighborhood and quiet complex especially at night. It’s great vibes as advertised on the banner by the front entrance"

"I have lived here a few months. The office staff is amazing. Samantha goes further always willing to help when we need it as residents, last month I wanted to pay my rent before the date and I went to the office and there was a Lady who told me she was the manager and she was very kind, she just told me to bring my money order and she would receive it for me, the community is calm and with friendly people. If you are looking for something accessible and quiet in the Mandarin area I recommend The Villas at Mandarin."

"As a young professional who just moved out of this community. I would not recommend these apartments. Their property management company is very rude and does not inform you on move out procedures such as: unenrolling out of their rent program (they’ll still charge rent if you have it on autopay) Very disgusting conditions such as roaches and mold. They paint OVER roaches. Their apartments are very poorly maintained; I had tape all over my apartments from “renovations” that were there for my entire year of living there. •I was paying $90 a month for “wash dryer connections” that had paper balls shoved inside of them. When I asked for that to be repaired since I was paying $40 more than I had originally signed up for, my apartment was flooded. And still was never fixed. I don’t think they even used real drywall, just plasterboard. Everything in the apartments are falling apart or was cheaply replaced. I also am now having to pay over $500 after moving out.(Not including keeping my deposit) Their maintenance tech walked into my apartment while I was moving out and told me I didn’t have to worry about the stuff I was going to throw away because “he was going to clean it anyways” I figured since he said that it must be true, but the management team claims he is not longer there and is not accepting responsibility of their employees actions. I will of course pay the bill, but seems a like I was just scammed. I will not be moving into Styles Managed properties after this experience. Their management of their communities reflects on the apartments: ugly."
