"Update from previous 1 star review I have changed my mind about this complex, largely thanks to Antoinette! She's been straightforward and excellent in making sure our new home is ready. We've just an incredibly stressful time in our family, and having to move is never a good time, but especially now. One thing I will say ** LISTEN UP CORPORATE: please update your website, social media, and whatever platform you use, because when I applied, I had no idea why I was even paying extra fees, no pictures of anything, never said anything about how much pet deposits were or that there is pet rent (which really sucks ya know, we're already paying enough for everything else on top of a pet deposit???), there was just very little information about what to expect** In conclusion, we are just starting the move in process, but I feel very confident under Antoinette's care, and look forward to getting involved in the events the welcome center hosts with my kids!"

"I wish I could leave 0 stars): I put in a maintenance request months ago for a simple light bulb change, 3 months later, still no light in my apartment. The outside stair wells on MAJORITY buildings are out and are strobe lights, making it hard to walk upstairs at night or having no lights outside yr apartment door. Maintenance was also supposed to do renovations this week in units and was never done, therefore leaving me very inconvenienced due to me cleaning out my whole kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets, per the leasing office request. So now im just stuck having all my kitchen items in the floor of the living room. Very unprofessional staff, doesn’t communicate or care about tenants, due to inconvenience of maintenance requests and routine maintenance in the buildings are not done, no one has came to clean air filters, or light bulbs or anything that’s routine maintenance. I guess if i wanted it done id have to fix it and get reimbursed?? or Just not have these things that were part of lease agreement? Or beg the office every day? very unsatisfactory. Honestly the apartments on Gate parkways are cheaper and nicer , do not rent here"

"The property is great, the maintenance team have been an absolute blessing but Tatiyana S in the office has honestly been a godsend. Everything from the initial tour to paperwork to move in and all thereafter she has not only been a shining example of being truly helpful but honest and efficient as well. Anything I’ve noticed or needed has been taken care of by her with swift action. Her being a leader at this property has made my residency nothing short of perfect."

"I worked with one of the managers, Ms. Tatiyana Smith, and she was wonderful! She gave me a full tour, answered all of my questions, and provided really GREAT customer service. Not to mention, the property & apartment homes look beautiful, clean, and comfy! I would recommend asking for Ms. Smith when you call :)"

"Awesome Assistance. The apartments are nice and affordable. The office staff was easy to talk to and their communication was phenomenal. Dog friendly community. Ms Smith was nice to give us a tour of the property and was very informative to me and my fiancée. Grounds were clean and up kept. Lovely place to live and start a family."
