"I lived in this building for 3 years. The location is excellent and off street parking is great. The building will 100 years old in 2024 and it shows. The foyer is literally crumbling. My bathtub was freakishly small. There is mold and it’s hiding everywhere and good luck getting Rick the landlord to address it. It was like pulling teeth to get him to repair things. When my dishwasher broke he had ME front the cash to get the new one Yes, he took it off my rent but that’s not how it should work. And of course, what was described as “usual wear and tear “ when I moved out, it somehow costed $350 to clean, $150 to re-caulk the tub? (which mind you was never noted), $100 to replace a fridge handle, $100 to fix holes in the walls (I hung 1 picture and 1 mirror) . Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else."
