"Since moving to Jacksonville a year and half ago this has been my 2nd place. At first, I lived up the street at one of the luxury apartments but living at Equinox West has by far been the most pleasant experience ever! I would recommend living here to anyone!! The pool is beautiful as well! I have felt a sense of community something that I didn’t have while staying in the luxury apartment. Ms. Bernadette has been the absolute BEST property manager since move in. She has welcomed my family and I with open arms. She had made moving in so effortlessly. Any questions or concerns she responds to you right away. Tyler who is the community maintenance is so kind and process all work orders so fast. I can go on and on about Equinox West, don’t hesitate to live here! Highly Recommend!"

"CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, BEWARE!!!! They will do everything in their power to avoid returning your security deposit. I was lied to repeatedly by the office staff with regards to when I was to received my security deposit refund check in the mail. After I moved out, I called the office and they told me I would receive my security deposit check in the mail within 30 days. I called after 30 days and nothing. They told me oh the check was just processed today and sent over to corporate for review. AFTER 30 days, and only because I called about it. After a few days of no communication from the manager, I requested corporates number. I spoke with Josh Jackson and he said my check was processed as an emergency payment after I called corporate and I would receive it within 7 days through first class mail. No tracking number was offered. I waited a week and a half and nothing. I called again and he said I should've got it by then. He offered to resend it and I said I wanted express shipping and a tracking number. He declined my request. I requested accountings phone number so that I could verify if a real check was ever sent. He declined that request. I told him I read all the reviews form range water real estate and that I was going to get my lawyer involved at this point, since there are 15+ reviews of people saying they never received their security deposit refund checks in the mail. Only then did I receive my security deposit refund check in the mail, dated on the day that I mentioned a lawsuit. Regardless, I will be moving forward with a class action case as my lawyer has recommended it."
