"I have been living here for a while now and just had the worst experience ever. I can’t really explain well but my stove wasn’t cooking my food properly. I had put in a work order request for it. They ended up coming and saying it is working properly due to bottom part heating up red. I then called to inform them it’s still not fixed because it’s taking my pizza 3x longer to heat up when it should take 10-15 min. I recorded everything but still nothing had been done. I called they sent someone out about 3x but I explained to them again but I kept getting the run around. Eventually they brought over another stove from another apartment that is infested with roaches. Now I have little roaches all throughout the stove. I called Friday to inform them of the situation and all I received back was I will speak with a manager. I received no call back but this is very unacceptable and makes me want to break my lease. I can’t even cook without thinking a roach will crawl in now."

"Simona and the staff at the complex was amazing in helping me get into an apartment. Simona was patient with me and answered all my questions that I had. The whole staff made the process very simple and I was definitely a lot less stressed out. I would like to give Simona a huge kudos for her professionalism, kindness and more so very patient. I would definitely recommend this place as a future home to anyone searching, they will be the ones to making your moving transition very smooth."

"Toured here with Whitney and she was AMAZING. Usually I have like 100 questions after touring but I didn’t have to ask one thing because she had it covered before I even got the chance to ask the question. She was professional, smart, personable and even funny. The property is beautiful and kept up and the apartments are super spacious. Definitely recommend coming by and taking a look!"

"I’ve been here for only 4 months, and for the amount that they charge, it is NOT WORTH all the trouble they’ll give you. This complex apartment has been changing management almost every three months, they don’t pay attention to your orders timely. I was for a month without a dryer, using the laundry next to Walmart. That wouldn’t even have happened if I didn’t go to ask them to fix it. Recently l, they decided to tow cars around the area without giving notice to their tenants!!! Even if you have put the car on your lease!!! I personally now have to pay to the towing company because the incompetent apartment complex was not able to communicate, yet they are so fast to communicate that your due date is ready. POOR COMMUNICATION AT ITS BEST. They say there are some “renew” apartments and they are not! I didn’t want to put a review, but this is unacceptable for what you pay for. Hopefully you can take my word and avoid this place at all cost."
