"I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE.The staff is the rudest of any customer service I have ever had the absolute displeasure of coming across. Management is outright abysmal. Out of the 15 months I lived here the gym was being renovated for almost a full year so we were unable to use that, meanwhile the complex posted “come try out our new gym today” on social media all throughout this process, you could not access the gym building during these posts though. The trash compactor broke and resulted in a literal pile of trash 15 feet tall by 25 feet wide for a week or two at one point and they never actually fixed that they just put dumpsters in a bunch of parking spaces instead. They never returned my security deposit even though I have emailed them twice about this. I have pictures of all of this because it was so ridiculous. This was a water stain that was left this way by maintenance during my entire lease as well as a pice of painted drywall that was screwed into the wall to cover a hole they made while replacing my air conditioning unit. I have also experienced many of the other issues as the other 1 star reviews such as the false eviction notice and payment portal issues. DO NO SUGGEST MOVING HERE AT ALL IT WAS THE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE."

"This place was great when Michelle Jeremy were working there! But then renovations started which took really the entire 2 years of us being there! Which was absolutely ridiculous!! They just reopened that office! Also came a new leasing group their customer service needs work! Very rude and will cut you off when trying to speak to them about an issue! Also when it was getting to the end of my lease random workers were walking in and out of my apartment when I wasn’t moved out yet! I’d call the office very upset the first time spoke with Sabrina she seemed to be apologetic second time spoke to Esther who hung up on me and my mom because I asked to speak to a supervisor because this was the second time someone came in my apartment! Without notice and when she said they weren’t available my mom got upset and went off ester couldn’t handle it and hung up the phone also when I called back she hung up she does not need to be a leasing agent because part of the job is dealing with ppl being upset! So she finally took my call after I called on a different number and said she would look into it and call back of course! she never called back!! So because of that I have to give a 2 star rating would have maybe been a 3 if it wasn’t for that! Only reason I’m giving it a 2 is because I feel like on the side we lived on it was really quiet and neighbors were nice! Maintenance was pretty good too! Just that front office needs some work!"

"Really disappointed at how I have received a 3 Day eviction notice on a balance that is $0 and my rent has been paid on time. And it currently shows that I have a zero balance. This was not made out of mistake for you literally have to push the buttons in order to create a form like that to provide to someone. This can affect my personal credit score and possible renting or home buying in the future. I have just emailed them and asked for them to erase and remove the 3 day notice for it is not applicable to me. For I have a zero balance ($0) How inconvenient this matter is! Waiting for their reply via email for them to remove this letter *UPDATE* They sent this to us which is not cool for you just don’t make a mistake like that! And for this place to be luxury, why would you post someone’s past due rent on their door for everyone to see! Nothing luxury so far: Good Afternoon, Due to a system error, some residents may have received a notice to pay email in error. If the letter states, you have $0.00 balance you can disregard the email. All residents with outstanding rent will receive a notice posted on their door. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thanks for your patience."

"Awful customer service at this apartment. Not only have I paid on time for ~2 years since I have moved in, I have actually paid early. Their online payment system has gone down and they refused to accept cash or any form of payment outside of a cashier's check or money order. I explained that I would not be able to pay with either of those methods by the rent cutoff for the month, but would be happy to pay with another method. They rejected every other method I suggested including cash. At this point I asked if they could do me a one time courtesy to allow me to just wait for the online payment system to be restored. They refused, despite me being a model tenant, always paying rent early, and having no complaints about me submitted in the 2 year time I have been here. Furthermore, the place is often a dump. The clubhouse has been inoperable for over a year now. They were paying for renovations then seemingly decided to stop paying for them, so there has been unfinished construction work in the parking lot by the main entrance which looks hideous. There is often trash piled up on the street as well which smells horrible and looks disgusting. This is because management constantly fails to secure a way to dispose of trash so the residence have no where to dump it. Despite all these negatives, they still have the audacity to give over $100 rent increases as well as refuse a tenant who has never given them any trouble a one time late rent waiver when their rent payment portal is down and not accessible.
