"I do not recommend living here. My neighbors play music at all hours of the night, I have asked the office repeatedly to handle the issue and nothing has been done to keep the neighbors from playing music loadly. I have done everything possible. At one point management tried to convince it the noise was not coming from the apartment I was claiming it came from. Had too physically go to the office to get a staff member in the apartment to confirm where it was coming from. This has been going on since I moved in November. It has been 3 months."

They were always very communicative and quick to address any concerns. Beautiful property, all the amenities you could think of, and an amazing management team. Highly recommend."

"My son and I moved here just a bit over a month ago and I can’t begin to express just how wonderful it is. The staff is so warm and friendly, it’s easy to feel at home right away. We have taken advantage of the amenities, monthly events and the Top Golf discount we have just for residing here. The property is conveniently located to everything including St. John’s Town Center and in realty just in walking distance if need be. The grounds are always so well kept and in case of a work order, it gets done right away. I am so happy about deciding on The Oasis and I absolutely recommend it ."

"We have lived here for 5 months now and have loved every minute. We looked at 4 other places before deciding on The Oasis and it was the perfect choice. You can’t beat the location in proximity to everything. We even have our own private bridge to Town Center! The pool is amazing and never crowded, the fitness center has everything you would need, and they keep everything here immaculate. From the fresh mulch and newly planted flowers to the pressure washed hallways. Trash service 5 days a week and a beautiful pond to walk around. We just absolutely love our new home!!"
