"Overpriced and need to be updated for senior living. Elevators seldom work and their are many tripping hazards around specially for seniors that has difficulty walking or use assistance walking devices. No outside security for those going in and out the building. And neither have I seen any walking around inside the building. Staff has changed over and over but none are senior friendly and neither are there any medical people on staff. I may be wrong but I think there should be at least a nurse on staff remember it's a senior center.. even though there's younger people living there."

Update...9/5/2023...Under New Mgmt: this place is still the pits. Repair requests are not honored, even though the Property Mgr keeps lying saying someone will take care of it on that day. Also many roaches, and even though you may keep your home very clean, and keep adding your name to the list, nobody shows up to spray; and the "gym" is another lie because pretty much nothing in there works! I don't recommend this place, at all, especially to Seniors! 10/14/23 Update: The Roach INFESTATION continues, becoming worse and worse, while the Property Manager promises to get your Apartment sprayed and doesn't keep her word...As per usual! Update 11/14/23: The Roach INFESTATION continues, and Spraying Appointments are STILL Not being honored. Update: 11/15/2023: SO MANY, MANY ROACHES IN THIS BUILDING...I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, AT ALL."

"My experiences here has been wonderful. I've been a resident for quite sometime now. The maintenance team is very much appreciated. Whenever repairs are needed I always get attended to right away. Even on weekends. I love the way the building always has a fresh scent. Thank you staff for your great upkeep of the building."

"I love were I live as a tenant at Rosalind Villa, I enjoy my home and the amenities here. I recently had back surgery, the Taylor Care Rehab Facility was clean with no smells and great employees.. I told "the employees their facility remind me of my home at Rosalind Villa." The reason I love where I live is because of the employees. The office with Lola and Mary works on their best plans for you in a getting your needs or a home. Maintenance employee are great, Mrs Lulu is the greatest in keep this building smelling and looking great and Ross also very efficient in his repairs. The four are an awesome team. " I love walking in the building and elevator, only to smell the cleans which I missed while away.""

"My family and I are actively searching for a nice community for my 75 year old grandmother. Upon stopping here, we were certainly impressed. The staff was amazing, willing and able to assist as well as answer all questions that we had. The property manager was very attentive and professional our whole time there. Very clean and well kept environment. We interacted with a few residents and they all had nothing but great things to say about their stay. Definitely a very home-like setting. Will definitely be taking the next steps forward with this company."
