"First moving here from GA I was a little skeptical. I’ve been living here for 7 months now & only issues I have is the sugar bugs, small roaches (not many) & the plumbing (only twice); soon as I inform the manager Randy, maintenance comes & fix right away! Randy is amazing, any issues that go on w| my apartment he handles right away! I like how he keeps down ALL violence activity & keeps everyone up to date on anything that’s going on w| the complex.. Him being strict is what makes me feel safe to live in this area. I give Randy a 10/10 but new plumbing & outside panting is definitely needed."

"I recently had a problem with my appliances in my apartment, I called the apartment manager Randy and he put in my complaint and fixed my appliances asap.. It was getting close to Christmas and was concerned about my refrigerator working Bc it was so close to the holiday and if he had to place and order I was worried that it wouldn’t get delivered on time, But thanks too my apartment manager being thoughtful and doing his job this would of been a disaster. Great job"

"This place is absolutely ridiculous and should be torn down. The apartments have major plumbing issues! The apartment has flooded twice. There are rats INSIDE the apartment. There is no emergency maintenance phone number. No one should have to live in these conditions. Do yourself a favor, take your money elsewhere."
