"Hello everyone, I'm a current tenant at Portiva, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts about the property. Overall, it's a fantastic place where you'll truly feel at home or even better. I have no major complaints; they offer everything you need. The gym is consistently clean, and there are many great features that you have to see with your own eyes to believe. The maintenance team is always available and resolves issues promptly. The residents are friendly, and there's a positive atmosphere within the community. However, I'd like to share a specific experience related to noise issues on the lower floors. If you decide to move here, I recommend choosing a unit on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, living beneath someone who is noisy can be challenging. I've spoken to Tai, who has been proactive in addressing the issue. However, The person above me always asking what time did I hear the noise. it should not matter what time I pay rent here just like you do. So it should not be any noise above me. he be stepping like a horse on a race. it's a reminder to consider your neighbors when living in a multi-story building. Communication with the leasing office can be a bit tricky. They don't always answer phone calls, but emailing seems to yield faster responses. Speaking with the manager can also be challenging, as she's often in meetings or occupied with other matters. Parking can be a headache due to overcrowding. Some units have more residents than parking spaces available, and visitors often park where they shouldn't. While there's a towing company in place, it seems their effectiveness is inconsistent. I recently had an unfortunate incident where I mistakenly parked in a reserved spot without clear signage. The towing company removed my car, and I had to pay $168 to retrieve it. Because the person who pay 25 + 7% for their reserved parking call the towing company on me. I spoke to the assistant manager, who acknowledged the parking challenges but couldn't assist with the fee. This experience has been frustrating, especially considering I was unaware of the reserved status. I hope the management addresses parking issues as promised, as it's disheartening to wake up to a towed car due to a lack of available spots. On a positive note, Portiva offers additional services like package delivery through a third-party company, though it comes with an extra $30 charge. You will still get charge for it even if you don't use the services. They also have valet trash services, which I appreciate. I want to highlight Tai for his exceptional assistance and prompt response to my concerns. He's been a great asset to the community. In conclusion, The 3 star is because of the Fee I had to pay to get my car back. Again, Portiva is a great place to stay, and the price is worth it. I'll keep y'all updated on any changes as my experience continues."

"These could be great apartments but they are built very poorly. You will hear your upstairs neighbors walking around, opening and closing doors, sliding any furniture and running their washer and dryer. The only pro is that you never really hear TVs or them talking. Based off my apartment, measurements for cabinets and fridge space are also off as you can’t completely open your fridge without it hitting the counter next to it… Similar issues exist throughout the kitchen area. I’m only giving two stars because their maintenance people are on point. Had an AC issue when I first moved in and it was fixed the day after. Apartments could be good for you if you don’t care about the noise."

"Corie with maintenance is the absolute best! The back elevator has been broken and now it is finally fixed which is a big relief from taking the stairs. I always see him power washing during the day and up keeping the grounds. He always says hello and looks happy when he is working. I appreciate the portiva maintenance’s team for their helpful and prompt service. Finding good maintenance who are willing to help and have a great attitude are hard to come by. Portiva definitely makes sure the residents are happy while living here!"

"Tai was an amazing leasing manager, he was very attentive on emails and just an overall ball of joy. He’s a really outstanding worker. The staff is very friendly, the maintenance workers are always willing to hear the questions. I appreciate all the help that was given to me. I’ve always been with bell partners for about 7 years. I highly recommend staying with this company!!"
