"I love Woodlake Park. The staff there are amazing, they will help you with problems and questions you might have. When coming to the apartment the scenery here is so pretty and the units are very spaces. They also keep their pools, gym, and dog park well maintained. I highly recommend people to check it out."

"Mrs. MELISSA, is the kindest person that I've met. Like the staff as a team work together like a family and are very welcoming but Mrs. Melissa, ma'am you are very special in particular. When I needed any guidance or information on how to stay up-to-date on my rent, when I called it was like I picked up on the first ring. I'm SO SERIOUS! When I call it's almost scary how fast she picks up and is so cheerful each and everytime. Anything I needed the would have it handled SAME DAY! Because of my job some times it's the next but that's on me. Never the less, Kindest person I've ever met! Very kind and smart and any one who'll ever meet her will say the same. Aye yo, she's funny too frfr. Thanks Mrs. Melissa Your the Best!"

"Great apartment complex in a great area close to shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. Grounds and facilities are well kept and clean. Residents are nice and keep to themselves. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed and both office and maintenance personnel are very friendly, courteous and professional. Love my time here and would greatly recommend to others."

"This is not ok do not move here. They started construction after telling everybody on paper they we’re only doing the back patio and utility closet area. As you see from there responding to other people. They do not care. They are telling you to call the office and the only compensation I got from them tearing where I live down is do I wanna move out. Meanwhile they just raised the rent and telling everybody the improvement of the community is for our own good. Without a doubt the worst place I have ever lived. The things I loved the most when we first moved in are gone. New owners has made this place hell. Do not come to woodlake park. On top of all of that the washer and dryer connections we pay for. That’s on the back patio they have knocked down. Now we are all paying for the laundromat with no compensation for that. All of this is extremely inconvenient and it seems like no one cares."
