"Me and my family moved in 12/15/23 and any issue that I may have had within my unit was promptly resolved when needed. I had an issue with the faucet in my kids bathroom and we basically had flood carpet got wet they instantly sent someone out to fix the water and sent in a carpet company to soak up the water from my carpet. Heat works well and pest management is also great!!!! I am assuming the resident before me had a cat and there were fleas left behind in my sons room I contacted management they jumped on this situation fast and now everything is great. Any issue I have I call the office and it’s fixed same day. I love that, no one wants to be inconvenienced in their own home. Also I love how I can pay my rent on line with out having to get a money order. Just wish it wasn’t a 3.95 fee other than that it’s wonderful here property is kept clean and our dumpsters are clean and always maintained"

"I love my property manager , Lajuana Marshall we had and i concern but she came and got everything together within one day my dishwasher did not work she came and took care the situation , and she did that bathroom hunty stylish. Must come just off her great management skills and customer service property manager down to earth and god has done his work with her . Yes top tier thank you. Shalom god is good"

"I am so grateful for the front office staff they worked so hard when it came to moving me in. I had been going through a lot and they just lifted a weight off my shoulders. Move in day they made sure it was easy. Most importantly they answer the phones even when it’s busy and that’s unheard of with most apartments complexes even when they are not busy. I really appreciate the community and their diligence. Super recommended"
