"Went to put in a leasing application today at Maddison woods apartments for my son Mr.miller. I had the pleasure of meeting the new leasing specialist AlJanette Austin. She was excellent with her service,very thorough, and kind. She made sure that we understood the application process and she made me feel comfortable for my son to be apart of the Maddison Woods apartments family. "Madison Woods is by far the worst apartments anyone could stay. We’ve been here almost 3 years and the new manger is really sweet but when it comes to repairs or problems with the apartment they are the ABSOLUTE WORST! When we moved in the carpet had stains the walls needed to be repainted and the stove wasn’t working. Tired to get the carpet cleaned multiple times and was told by a cleaning expert that the carpet had been so old that the stains wouldn’t come up & that carpet should be replaced and pulled up. I called in about replacing the lights that went out in the kitchen & Lola kept stating that maybe if we flip the switch it would work. Long story short we were with out kitchen lights for almost 4 weeks until someone came to replace it as well as the toilet that wouldn’t flush for what ever reason which took them 1 month to come and fix after I fixed it my self. And now the holidays are approaching and I’ve been complaining about the stove/oven not working(no matter what temp you use it cooks on broil & burns EVERYTHING even on warm) and still nobody has yet to come!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here looks can be deceiving and if I knew what I know now this would not have been an option!!! We are down to maybe 1 maintenance man which is really a hard worker & will try to fix everything at one time but now he can’t due to “complaints” from people at this point I’m over the apartments."

"They are very shady. They have not fixed anything. I was excited at first because the apartments are decent for the price, but once I got to know them and their ways, my thought process changed. They absolutely expect you to hold your end of the bargain, but don't expect them to do the same. Lots of things were broken when I moved in and after a year... nothing is fixed. You definitely cannot trust them. They are snakes. I like to believe people are good at heart and genuinely care about others but not these people. They are not good people. Oh they lie real bad. It's shameful how bad they lie and manipulate. Their actions make us feel it's them against us! I am not interested in battling with ignorant people, but the devil never rests so there's that! I don't understand people who feel they need to make enemies with everyone. It's pathetic and unnecessary!! There's no sense of community. No effort to make things better. The "playground" is in bad shape and super tiny. Kids swarm it and there's not enough space to play. The party spot shares our entranceway. There's no getting around it. It's the only way in and out. In days of concerts and events it can be difficult to even get into our gate as people are lined up to get in there. We are also a parking lot for the partiers. We're supposed to have a closed gate, but it's been closed maybe 5 times this past year. They do have a few officers that hang out here. One lives here. I do appreciate their presence. It's sad, but considering the area, quite necessary. I am lucky to have a wonderful neighbor tho. There's a couple good things about the place, but the cons outweigh the pros"
