"DO NOT RENT HERE or anywhere that was built during Covid!! Take a walk around the building and you can see scaffolding for months long repairs from all the wind and water damage. The building is already falling apart, theft is rampant, the parking garage doors are always broken or open. Don’t ever forget your fob when you go out into the garage or stay at the pool past 9 or you will get locked in and screaming for help! Don’t get me started with the noise from partying neighbors. Management does not respond to emails or care about their tenants. The complex looks beautiful at first impression but this building is not sustainable. I’ve had water pouring into my apartment with every rain since mid December with no intention of repair. They came to “diagnose” the leak and left a huge hole in my room that we now can’t use with no date to fix. Thanks for nothing, Barlow."

"The apartments themselves are very nice! The clubhouse, pool and gym all beautiful. The only issue I saw was parking. You are allowed one spot in the parking garage and the 2nd one you have to pay for. All guests would have to find parking around the building which I could see being a challenge. Also, for me the view is the interstate on the one side and the parking garage on the other( at least for the building I saw). Overall is just depends on what your looking for."

"The Barlow is a fun place to live and has everything to satisfy your needs! This is all made possible by their lovely staff! Ms.Chavonne in particular is such a delight and always works hard to get things handled! She has helped me make this place feel like home and is always welcoming. I enjoy all the staff who work here to keep this place in tip top shape! They are all positive and are happy to help! This place has community events, great amenities, and spacious updated apartments! Thank you Barlow!"
