"Run away please! For the price, you could find way better. Expect to pay more than what the rent is actually. You're charged electric for the lights they run outside on top of your own JEA bill, trash services that don't pick up and when they do the trash is leaked all over the stairs and hallways and many other stupid add-ons. Expect 200$ more on top of your rent amount. You'll pay for a "gated community" where a gate is always open and not working. My car has been attempted to be broken into twice now. My car is a base model hyundai elantra nothing flashy. I live in the front of the office and near the gate. A high traffic area, so I can imagine in the back of the apartments. Also we have a community app to post things, someone posted this peeping tom. People on the first floor aren't safe. There's a group of children that run around throwing rocks at people's cars and windows of the apartments. Expect to be woken up by a train multiple times during the night. Like every 2-3 hours. It's extremely loud and does shake the apartments. I don't think I need to say more. This isn't a $1500+ apartment complex. This isn't someone trying to bash the place. I'm being brutally honest and stating facts."
