"I have been here for a year. Besides the issue with termites and the huge palmetto roaches I must say that the manager on site has always took care of any issue I've disclosed!! If I email him, he responds. The area is peaceful. It's actually quiet at night like what I'm accustomed to. I would say it's a decent enough place to live. It's public housing so don't expect luxury now. It's a basic standard way of living. If you do your part to keep it clean, fix it up to make it a home, you will have a affordable place to live! I really don't see alot of ignorance or drama. Just kids being kids. I would recommend this as a starting point of crawling before walking. Just have a plan to better yourself. Don't let this be permanent ; if you can help yourself,do that."
