"Can anything be done to corral the yahoos in this place who refuse to follow the rules regarding fireworks?! A lot of them shoot off fireworks by their apartments, in the parking lot and in the courtyard. And not just the twizzlers, but the BIG ones. Many of them have their kids in tow. Great role models. Have talked to Mgmt. in the past with no action taken. Have also called cops who never showed up. If they spark a FIRE in the grass, on someone's car or on a roof, the consequences would be dire, not to mention all the lawsuits that would follow. A lot of residents here think the rules don't apply to them, especially since they are never held accountable. On another topic... What's up with the revolving door of office staff at this complex?! Since February...LaKeia, Tina, Sabrina, Mary, Peggy, Deirdre, Lativia, Shawn, Jackie, Malika...It's difficult to keep up. What gives?!"

"i just want to say that i have reported privacy issues in my apartment . nothing was done about it . the police said i need apartments numbers. someone has keys. i also asked about the attic crawl space in the utility closet they said it was nothing. i haven't been in it yet but i will. please pay attention to people next door or in the area. this is too much bs and nobody is doing anything about it."

"Honestly I don’t see how this place has some many stars. The rules on how things work keeps changing. I tried to report my income literally 5 times to 3 different property manager within the last 6/7 months. They lost paperwork. I found a apertment with a complex I like on the other side of town and I’ve been trying to get my name off a lease for three weeks have been getting the run around . They don’t answer the phone hardly ever and there is never anyone in the office but when someone is there it’s rarely the property manager. I’m just annoyed by this whole ordeal. WARNING DON’T MOVE HERE!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!"
