Westwood Apartments

"Don’t live here, there roaches out the butt, and you pay for pest control that never come. My washer has been broken for 3 months and I keep calling for them to fix it. They never come to fix anything. I told them that there was mold growing on the ceiling and all they did was paint over it. Everyone keeps sick in my household. Everything is falling apart in my apartment and all they do is increase my rent."

"If you like your peace I’d say stay away! the walls are super thin! I get woke up every morning either from my upstairs neighbor or from neighbors talking outside of my apartment, which I can hear from the inside of my room! There’s a lot of trees which causes spiders & roaches especially when it’s raining although I keep my apartment very clean. It’s been going on 3 WEEKS that I have called and asked my unit to be sprayed on Friday and it has yet to be done! And every time I call the leasing office and speak with Carmen or Melissa they are not accommodating, they do not take accountability what so ever and they’re actually rude. Instead, management will manipulate residents and get upset with you if you’re frustrated because they aren’t doing what you’ve asked, although you’ve been patient. Management told me that they have told pest control to come spray my unit but “it’s not their fault if he didn’t do it” .. like how is not your fault?? If you are paying someone to do a job for your residence you should ensure it is getting done! All in all save your money & time!"

"Hands down the best office and maintenance crew I have ever dealt with in apartments. They actually care about their apartments and their residents and that is very rare in most apartment complexes. Carmen you have been a Godsend we appreciate all the time you spend and all the work you do to make sure your residents are taken care of, you and Ashley are a great team and it shows by the way the apartments look and from the chill environment because your residents have no complaints and we just all be chilling, Thanks again for all that you guys do. I give five stars and if I had to make a choice again I would choose Westwood again with no hesitation."

"I’ve been in my unit about four months and there has been nothing but issues and a unorganized travesty. On my initial move-in date my apartment was not ready although they told me I could come get my keys after this my move-in date was delayed due to them not installing any appliances when they told me the apartment was ready when I finally did get in I had no room door thermostat falling off wall yellow bathtub no screens in my windows broken windows holes in my wall a leaking toilet etc etc l. I could go on and on there has also been a car burglary recently. I have many concerns but I feel like they are not voiced so here we are today I don’t recommend this place you can’t even stand outside your front door without losing a gallon of blood from mosquitoes or huge cockroaches trying to fly in and there’s also a-lot of fleas. The only good part is the apartment is upgraded but it was put together with tape. Thank you for reading."

"Excellent staff. Very caring and open to the needs in which we were looking for. Westwood has been UPGRADED and Renovated to an amazing environment. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The landscape is beautiful and I am so happy to be here. The price is well worth the it. This is the best apartment on the WESTSIDE with all the amenities. If you're reading this review, you should stop in and speak with one of the leasing ladies in the front. You won't regret it."
