"Recently they took away the trash service so every single weekend when you go to take your trash to the dumpster it looks like this, because they do not have anyone compacting the trash over the weekend so it doesn't get full. Make it make sense."

"Beware of these apartments. Maintenance has refused to come and fix the ac because it’s after hours. AC goes out every week and they have not brung out a professional to actually fix the issue. Office staff has cursed at my kids for being outside making noise. Basically for just being kids. Breezeways are disgusting. They allow occupants to throw cigarettes butts on the grass which actually caused a fire. Water has leaked from the apartment above us and they still have not repainted where the water stains are."

"They sent out a notice of the water being shut off at “07:00 a.m until further notice” and said to “plan accordingly”. The problem is that they sent it out in the middle of the night prior. Residents have 7 hours while they’re sleeping to “prepare” when they wake up without water, with no known end time. The management here needs to be fired. It’s completely ridiculous and potentially harmful to residents in need of water."

"Believe the low/1 star reviews! I am shockingly disappointed with the continued decline of this property. In the past 5 years , there have been zero upgrades or improvements while rent prices and fees continue to exponentially increase. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is like pulling teeth and once you do reach a live person the customer service is lackluster at best. It seems the only time office staff are eager to help is during your initial lease signing, good luck thereafter. I have had to argue with maintenance staff to make repairs as they try to insist that you must be using the item incorrectly. Every day I walk past excessive trash and trash-liquid splatter in the stairwells and breezeways as cleaning and exterior maintenance beyond cutting the grass is a joke. The pool gate has had a bike/chain lock on it for almost 2 years limiting access to the amenities. Good luck showering and filling containers in the dripping water pressure that continues to decline by the day. I encourage anyone to take a simple walk around the complex to see these common issues which are the norm, not an exception. The trash collection area typically has a collection of discarded furniture strewn into the street for weeks at a time. This is not luxury or distinctive living. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere."
