"Moved into this building recently and it's been a good experience overall. I was assisted by Mar, he really stands out for his helpfulness and friendliness. He's always attentive, making the living environment feel safe and welcoming. The building itself is decent, well-kept, and dog-friendly, which is a big plus. It has its issues, like any other place, but nothing major. The location is great, adding to its appeal. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives here. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid, well-located place to live."

"Wonderful spacious apartments and great amenities. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mar, who was very helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process which made it a lot easier. I received very good customer service from everyone and it’s just overall a great community! The amenities are the best from the pool to the spa and are very clean. I’m so excited and I’m very happy with my choice."

"Can I just say WOW!!! The complex is beautiful and so are the amenities! The apartments are very spacious, has great closet space and the bathrooms are beautiful! We were shown around by an awesome and funny tour guide by the name of Mar, who by the way has great hair! (Lol). Mar was amazing with helping us get settled in. P.s we got the best price for rent (haven’t seen those in a while). Definitely a complex you can make your home!"

"Myself and my husband visited for a tour last week and were blown away by how beautiful the apartments and surrounds were. Mar was our tour guide and did an excellent job covering all aspects of life at the complex. He is incredibly approachable and fun, and from experience I believe that having this type of character in your front office makes all the difference when you make an apt complex your home. The outside area is especially gorgeous, despite being close to downtown FL it is quiet, surrounded by trees, and gives off such a relaxing aura. And the spa!! I had never seen a spa in an apartment complex before. We toured multiple highly rated complexes in FL but we couldn’t get Bells Sunrise out of our heads. This place was definitely our favourite and we hope to be moving there in 2024."

"NOISE!!! all. the. time. There is constant barking day and night from dogs. There are renters who party on their balconies and play loud music until 3am or later in the morning multiple times a week. Dog Problems: Neighbors leave their dogs alone cooped up all day to bark and some keep their dogs caged on balconies where they are forced to be in the hot weather and lay in their own bathroom all day and night while they bark. Paper Thin Walls: The walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from other apartments or from the hallways. There are also often kids and adults yelling and screaming in the pool area and this can be heard inside even distance away apartments. Management doesn’t Care: Management is deaf and blind to the animal neglect that is taking place on site and states that it is a 'dog friendly' community. Not Peaceful: If you are looking for a peaceful home - THIS IS NOT IT!!! I have been living here about 3 months now and hate it here. Hate. It. This place is NOT Renter Friendly!! Parking Problems: Parking in the garage is a nightmare too and there are barely enough spaces for all the cars. The garage door gate is often broken. There is also trash throughout the parking garage that tenants discard. Bugs: The garbage room is infested with bugs so if you must throw cardboard away you will be attacked by tons of bugs. It is disgusting. Overpriced: It is not worth the price you must pay for these apartments!"
