Wayne has done an amazing job so far of tackling a lot of the issues in the older comments. issues get solved pretty quickly and communication with the management has been very prompt and consistent. It is a very welcome change."

"If you are looking to rent DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!!! Move in at your own risk. I only gave it one star because I had to give it something but it’s not even worth the one star (LOL). So let’s get into the details on this place when you look it up online they look amazing that’s how they get you. Then you come look at the property and you turn on the street and you’re like what the heck for one drunks and drug users stay all day and night. They have this little lady that walks around the property going in peoples trash at night so don’t put any of your personal information in the trash. Then the outside looks horrible the wood around the door looks like it’s been ate up by termites so it literally is falling apart oh but that’s not it then if they put someone out and have to put stuff on the side of the road be prepared to see that stuff for WEEKS maybe even a month before they finally get it picked up. Now before I get to the details on the inside let’s finish up about the outside the maintenance man is the most sorriest maintenance guy I have EVER seen he takes forever to cut the grass then if you want your little piece of backyard cut it will be 50$ and he will cut it with a weed eater (LOL) I kid you not so on top of paying your rent go buy a weed eater so you can cut your own grass. Now for the part you all have been waiting on the inside when you first walk in your like ok this isn’t that bad but don’t be fooled really take your time and look At EVERYTHING because that’s when the madness starts to unfold you will see that they got the most cheapest contractors to come do the job they just sprayed paint everywhere all over everything they poorly patched up the walls which are extremely thin so if you want to mount your tv on the wall forget about it (LOL) you know how someone buys a lemon car and it runs good for just a little bit then after while they see all the problems that’s how these units are the ceiling starts to cave-in the paint starts peeling off the ceiling and the walls the floor sounds like it’s about to give in the floors downstairs start coming up oh and if a hurricane comes be prepared for your backyard to flood and the water to come in your sliding doors because they are poorly put in and your wall sockets are so lose your plugs will just fall right out. Now you are ready to complain about these problems to get them fixed well forget about for one you will be lucky if you get in contact with anyone and if and when you do they will give you they run around or make you feel like it’s your fault you basically have to harass them in order to get anything done if you don’t they won’t get it done but hey on the bright side if you don’t pay your rent on time or at all they will quickly get in contact with you. They don’t have a office out here so you can’t just get up and walk to the office to complain. Now let’s move on to the bugs and the RATS yes you read that correctly RATS/ROACHES/SPIDERS/AINTS oh my you can have the cleanest house and they still come in and they are so cheap they only have pest control do the outside of the building but to be honest I haven’t seen a pest control company out here since I moved in oh and they will make you put in a maintenance request for all of theses things and it probably won’t get done because remember in the beginning of this review I told you all the maintenance guy is horrible and he live out here and still doesn’t get stuff done. So hey if you don’t care about any of those things and you are ok with paying high rent then come on down to Atlantic townhomes were the rent is higher but everything else is horrible. Well just look at it this way it’s like moving in the projects so if you are cool with that then come on down (LOL)"

"If you’re looking to move into a poorly renovated, roach and rat infested townhouse this is the place for you! If I could give negative starts I would. As soon as MB Realty or the “MANOUCHERI BROTHERS” took over the place has gone down hill fast. You will never see or speak with anyone from the office unless they’re collecting money from you. They will never respond to your maintenance requests, you’re pretty much on your own as soon as you move in. No one maintains the property."

"This place is terrible. It used to be an okay place to live but the management keeps changing and they are horrible. We aren’t even on a legal lease right now. I know neighbors that have had maintenance issues for 6months or more and they haven’t been addressed or fixed. The renovations are cheap. Our wall paint scratches super easily and the floor tiles are popping up all over the place. Plus there are no drawers in the kitchen! Don’t move here. The cheaper rent isn’t worth it. Find a place where the management respects the tenants enough to respond and do something to help."

"This is the quietest and niceest street in Bradenton to live. If you want to enjoy the easy-going Florida, you need a chilled culda-sac. This apartment has got it. Private yards, washer dryers etc. Staff is warm and friendly. Neighbors are like family."
