"Beware NO AC! Family of 3 stayed here for our son's baseball tournament which was conveniently located 6 mins away but to check in to a room with no air conditioning after a long day of baseball tournament was not fun! It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We told the front desk and they said someone could come at 11pm which was too late since we had to be up early next day to be back at the baseball fields. They did nothing to accommodate us! It is not worth $200 a night to sleep miserable with no air conditioning! There are several other hotels in the area that I wish we would have stayed at but I booked and paid for this one already online."
"My crew with 4 rooms, stayed here over 3 months. It is clean, quiet and the staff is great! Hat's off to the GM Nairobi, as well as Gary and Tamela. This is where I will always stay when we have projects in the area. Thank again so much!"
"I love staying at the Woodsprings Suites! The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are very friendly and you're always greeted with a smile. My room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is well maintained and very quiet. I will not stay anywhere else!"
"The worst. I had booked a 5 day stay for a course I had to take. On 2nd day there’s a notice that they need to come in my Room while I’m not there and my dog is there alone, bc they need to inspect ac. I asked if they could not come in mine or refund my money. Manager said it was non negotiable. So I got my stuff and left. People were noisy all night and super ghetto. I had no idea. Never again. And I have a dispute on my cc for this. Terrible service!"
"Love the location, right off the interstate but you don't hear the traffic. Very quiet relaxing place. I could bring my dog along, which was great! Quiet road plenty of sidewalks to walk. No pool but I made the best of it. I was on the 3rd floor, very quiet! Slept well, room was a bit spacious... With the kitchenette helped also. We didn't have to constantly go out to eat. Staff was helpful and kind! Will stay here again.! Most important it was clean. The air worked great! Plenty of T.V. channels. I can't say enough good things. My husband's and I new getaway spot!"
