"They need to upgrade their rooms and I don't think they have the best housing keeping. The front desk people were very friendly and nice."

"I've stayed here in the past some years ago and I was very pleased to find that the quality of this hotel has remained high."

"The best place that I have stayed in years. The photos are true to what you get, no gimmicks. Great location. They have a continental breakfast that consist of Waffles (Excitingly good!), eggs and scrambled sausage, sausage gravey, and buttered biscuits. Your choice of yogurt, a variety of cereal, whole or 2% milk. Muffins, coffee ect. This comes with your room, no extra to pay, and is available from 6am-9am. I had to sadly take away one star because we were greeted with an unpleasant smell of old carpet padding. It was a faint order that lingered, making one feel the need to buy air freshner. Quit distracting with such beautiful decor."

"We stayed there with a large group. Most of the staff was lovely, but we were eating lunch together in the lobby and the manager yelled at us and said we couldn't sit at the tables in the lobby and we had to go to our rooms or leave. Ultimately he agreed to let us sit there only if we paid $100 per day. I was shocked. I've never heard of a hotel that makes you pay to sit in the lobby. The rest of the staff was wonderful and said we were a very polite group."

"The fridge in the room did not work, and it smelled bad. I had to ask 3 times for someone to look at it. They had lots of excuses. Finally, they replaced it after 3 hours. The room, in general, had a foul, musty smell that never went away. The TV was a joke with no TV guide. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a guide because no one would answer the phone. For $224 a night, I expected better. I would not recommend...."
