"Water pressure in the shower was like dripping water from a straw. Instead of a 5 -10 min shower, it took 35 min just to rinse clean. I get you're trying to save on water but you end up wasting more water and more time of your guests. That was the only negative about this place. Otherwise rooms looked clean and modern."
"Hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly. The only negative is the soap in the shower and not having bar soap anymore. The containers in the shower aren't easy to use."
"Disappointing. No extra bath towels available. Body wash empty in shower. Empty tissue box in room. Shower stall was not very clean. Tissue box in room empty. Had to request coffee urn to be refilled in morning. In my opinion, staff does not do their job properly. Does not meet Hilton property standards."
"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and best Hilton overall. It was incredibly clean and the free breakfast was impressive. However, I was a little taken back when I mentioned I had a service animal so they could waive the pet fee (which is 75.00) and the guy at the desk said to me “what service does he provide for you”? I thought that was inappropriate and none of his business. So I take a star away for that, but overall I do recommend. Although there we’re other staff members who were extremely pleasant."
"I have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. Best hotel I’ve experienced in not just this area but many others. I love the gym, pool, large breakfast spread, the 24/7 marketplace and activities. The most important piece that makes the largest impact is the customer service, from morning to overnight team, they are terrific here. I highly recommend."
