"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place needs to be condemned!! When I checked in I could smell mold in the lobby. I should have known that it wasn’t going to be any better in the rooms but the room was worse. It smelled of everything bad. Smoking, urine, alcohol, mold, etc But the worst part was cockroaches crawling everywhere. In the bathroom on the walls in the beds. The sheets didn’t look like they had ever been washed and were dark with stains and full of sand. I got out of there immediately before anything could get in my luggage and went down to front desk and asked for my money back. They refunded my money only to charge me the full amount the next day on my card. We will see how this pans out. This place needs to be demolished to the ground!!!"

"Since the day we showed up from the front desk to all the staff we felt so welcome!! They were all so kind and friendly service!!! We had to leave and hated to go but we will definitely be back to say hello to the staff. Miss u all!!! Great rooms great people and made our stay wonderful!!!! Angela, Ashley, Zack, Amanda, and Tk are the best staff!!! Thank you for everything!!!!!!"

"The rooms were terrible! The doors had to be closed just right to fully shut, the water took forever to just get warm, there was toilet paper shoved in the peep hole of the door, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Police involvement with our direct neighbors. The room stayed extremely muggy...it felt better outside. The lights would come on and then shut off but not come back on. People appeared to be living in vehicles in the parking lot. They do have a mini fridge and microwave in the room."

"From the time we arrived, we were completely disappointed with our stay! The first room we were given smelled like it was smoked in with the windows closed since the building was built! It was so bad, my eyes and my children's eyes were burning! We quickly returned to the front desk where we were told initially there were no more rooms available. The woman at the front desk then said there was one other room available and she gave me the code to go check it out! Upon checking out the new room, it definitely smelled better, but was extremely hot as the air conditioner wouldn't stay on for more than 5 minutes. We called around and there were no other rooms at any other hotel in the area that was available for the amount of days we would need, so because of this, we were forced to continue our stay. The next morning, we had high hopes for the breakfast we were told the hotel offered, however when we went down to eat, we were given a brown paper bag with a bag of Little Debbie Mini Muffins, and Nutigrain bar and a green orange! We asked the front desk for some clean towels since no one came to freshen up our room or provide clean towels and were told we had to bring all of our dirty ones down to the front desk before they would give us new ones. The pool was not clean. Multiple nights when we returned to the hotel, there was an abundance of people drinking alcohol and doing drugs in the hallway to our room! I cannot stress enough how completely dissatisfied we were with this place!"

"No housekeeping when requested, roach in bathroom, room keys deactivate frequently. Location was fine near interstate and our plans. No smoking, front desk was ho-hum. Breakfast...best to walk to cracker barrel or waffle House nearby."
