"I was told that I could submit an application with a job offer letter as proof of income by a member of this apartments staff. So I proceeded with the application including paying a application fee. I was later advised that my application was denied due to income document . So I proceeded to explain the reason when I submitted an application with that type of documentation and the staff member I spoke with advised that I was not to have submitted application without pay stubs. I immediately ask for my money back because I was conned into paying an application fee when I was not eligible to apply at that time. I also had paid a holding fee. So I requested both fees be refunded. I was told that the holding fee would be sent via check on the mail and i would have to discuss getting my application fee and someone would reach out to me. We'll guess what I still have yet to hear from this place. I decided to dispute the charge with my bank . I just got a response and it was denied so I'm now angry bc I deserve my money and for this not to be resolved yet is insane. I would never want to live somewhere that have shady type management staff."

"Very thorough process to get into the complex, however staff and administration was extremely helpful, super patient and very understanding, its very obvious that the staff understand the extent of processing required and are more then willing to go out of their way to call many many times to ensure that everything is setup correctly, additionally the apartment was move in ready and clean with no damage. Received all necessary items for move in the day off, put in a maintenance request and it was taken care of 1 day later with no issues. Highly recommend looking into this complex even if that means longer wait times."

"Is there another direct email to reach the office? Some days I can get into contact some days I can’t. I’ve paid my application fee and holding fee and just want an update on if it’s been reviewed or how far I am on the waitlist."

"I'm looking for somewhere I can afford to live in the Brandon area. Right now they are full, but I am applying for their waiting list. It's in a great location right on 60, it looked really clean, there was a pool, and a clubhouse area. Everything still seems really new. Melissa at the office was really nice and set down with me to explain the application process and what I would need to qualify and made sure I was able to get logged into their website to enter my information for their list."

"I applied for an apartment about a month ago. I paid the application fees. I've called the office several times and no answer. A week ago I drove to the apartments to see what they look like. They look almost complete to me and they are kind of tucked away which I like. But no one was there in the office, I looked through the windows of the apartments. From what I can see they are complete, a bit small when it comes to size of the apartment. But they looked nice inside. I check the status of my application weekly. It says it's still pending. I'm optimistic I will get aproved. Basically waiting on them to fully open up and start processing applications. I will go by the apartments again next week and helpfully the office will be open with workers."
