The front office staff, management, and especially the maintenance staff are friendly and always helpful, Ramon is the best! The few times that I've had issues, it was resolved the same day, and never any issues to follow. Additionally, the location is close to everything; 4 mins from Brandon mall, and less than 5 mins from all main highways and the crosstown."
