Additionally, we never finalized a lease, and despite multiple attempts to contact the office, there has been no response about the FALSE debt I owe. Threats about being sent to“collection “. I sent an email and they apologized and said the manager would reach out and no response. Received another threatening email couple days ago. I will be seeking legal action against these people if they don’t fix this matter."

"I'm not happy in this condominium, every year they increase the rent and the quality drops, they charge for pest control every month and they don't do it, when the man comes it seems like he puts sugar instead of poison, because it doesn't work. The building is always dirty because there is no one to clean it, the elevator is always breaking down, the air conditioning is always having a problem and when we go to the office and ask them to fix it they say it's either because it's too hot or it's because it's too cold."
