"The size of the Units are a major PLUS-- but no balcony for upstairs, no W/D Hook ups. The neighbors that I have are the best though. The office is understanding. They are making so many improvements where they can. If you are looking for a place where they genuinely will leave you alone & let you pay rent. This is the place. Only reason I am moving is for parking & W/D hook ups. I actually really am going to miss the size & chill, helpful neighbors"

"I've been living here for about 2 months now and the new management has been trying their hardest to fix and maintain everything. The old managers before were in fact, 'slum lords' . My boyfriend has lived here for over a year and claims the most work that has been done was within the past few months , agreeing that the new management is great!"
