"The Cortez Plaza Apartments has new administration since June 2023. My experience with the Property Manager was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and extremely professional when conducting my visit. The apartments are spacious and refurbished considering the construction layout. The neighborhood is very quiet and has plenty parking spots. The pool area is fantastic and soon the Property Management will arrange the laundry facilities. This place is an excellent opportunity and option if you are moving to Bradenton area."
"The pictures featured here are not what you get. Washers and dryers are constantly broken, without label and dirty. The laundry room has smelled like urine for a week now. You pay extra for your trash to be taken but you're lucky if they get to it every other day. You pay for a laundry room you can't use. You pay for a pool that's always always dirty. I've had two maintenance requests in for about a month now without any follow up. You pay for your apartment to be sprayed for bugs every other month and they've only come once in the past year. Owners Do Not Care."
"The neighbor has improved significantly since new management took over. Much more responsive if something needs attention and the bug problem is definitely under control. I heard they are going to be renovation the units."
"I've lived here going on 3 years and the first year was okay, maintenance could've been better, but it was okay. The last year has been miserable. Loud community. Maintenance is unfortunately nonexistent due to the fact that it's impossible to call the office and emails are ignored. You have to pay rent online, so if your rent isn't posted you could get charged a $100 late fee if you can't get a hold of the PM fast enough. Wouldn't reccomend unless you're desperate."
