"Cypress is one of the better apartments I’ve lived in. very spacious and quiet. all the amenities are great! Neighbors keep to themselves and socialize nicely. I love that there’s a nice sized laundry area in unit, a dish washer is always a plus! The office is so beautiful with a modern beach theme. Very homey and welcoming. Pools are refreshing and always clean! Perfect area for tanning and relaxing! The ladies in the office are very kind and easy to talk to. any time I have a concern they’re right ontop of it. Same goes for the maintenance crew, very nice, respectful and quick to tend to any in home problems I’ve faced. Also very close to the causeway which is a straight shot to Anna Maria island. Only 20 minutes away from my job! Lots of grocery/ shopping plazas/ restaurants in the area. Multiple schools are a short driving distance if you have kids. Really Don’t have to drive far for most of your needs."

"Cypress Winds is not the best place I have ever lived but it is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The rent is affordable with small increases at lease renewal. Property is well taken care of. They are older buildings but are being remodeled. They just replaced the exterior on all the buildings and they look great. The office staff is great. The amenities are a great feature as well. Only thing I wish they offered was valet trash service, I'd even pay extra for it, and more reserved parking. Property is pretty quiet and safe."

"Been here two years going on three, when you need repairs they are helpful most of the time. Rent prices are a little steep for the apartment I have. But I can say, office employees are helpful and it's quiet place to live. I love that it's close to everything."

"im not one to write reviews but just have to warn people , these “luxury “ apartments are NOT WORTH IT,outdated ,the counters were all scratched up in the kitchen from past tenants they painted the inside of the tub instead of replacing it made it so hard to clean , the paint was spilled all over the hardwood floor when we moved in . one of the blinds on the patio thing were broken already. Whatever water company is used to distribute water is gross made me breakout, there’s also only one trash place you don’t get trash valet and it’s all the way in the middle of the apartments, the tub was always leaking . the tile in the bathrooms was never done correctly so water leaked from there too .The office staff isn’t bad, but this place is clearly so outdated and given how much rent is being paid you’d think it would be going back into these apartments seems like the complete opposite . Again the staff themselves aren’t bad even though they suck at answering the phone this place needs to be knocked down and started over fresh . don’t waste your time with these fake google images they look nothing like that in real life not worth the hassle ."
