There were some problems, but they continued to solve them, and they answered well even though we asked repeatedly about things we were not familiar with because we were foreigners. The apartment is in good condition and is well equipped with various amenities and convenience devices. I am satisfied and living well and I expect no major problems"

"We are foreign students who moved in a few days ago. It is usually very difficult for foreigners to find a home in the U.S. Foreigners do not have most of the essential information that American society requires and processing them takes a lot of time. However, The henry team and Shawn here have really helped us move in. Although most of us are not fluent in English, Shawn has patiently tried his best to guide us through everything kindly. Thank you very much, and I recommend this place to foreigners visiting this city!"

"Originally posted 8/29/23: We have been living here for a little short of two months and it has been an interesting experience. While it certainly feels like luxury living, I expect the quality of this place to go down real fast. Starting with the apartments themselves, I don't have too many complaints. We have a two bedroom apartment that provides ample space and some lovely add-ons like built-in living room speakers, smart lights, and California-style closets. As for the amenities/community, it's average. The dog park will often be out of dog waste bags and the garbage compactor becomes so full of trash that people will line their boxes and bags on the outside of the compactor. Another issue has consistently been the Internet. The Internet is included at this complex and we as residents have no authority to get our own, additional internet. Our biggest issue comes mainly in the afternoon, when I assume everyone else is also going online. In the early morning we will have speeds of around 100mb, but around 6PM it will tank to less than 1mb making it nearly impossible to do anything online. Despite asking management or anyone up front to help us, they fail to respond to our emails. Or, the best part of all, they say they will send maintenance over and we have yet to see a single person. The first time they told us this was about 6 weeks ago. Additionally, we have been told to speak to AT&T as they can solve our issues, but after speaking with different reps with AT&T, they have told us that we 1) cannot get our own internet as the property is locked by upper management and 2) there is nothing they can do to help us as we are on a metered internet. Overall, it has been frustrating. There doesn't seem to be a lot of communication going on amongst staff. We will speak to one individual, be told one thing, and then another will say the complete opposite. We have even had the same people tell us they were going to do something and then say they had never spoken to us a few days later. It is confusing, considering we do love the apartment itself and the area is nice. On an average day, we don't have many complaints and we aren't so bothered we feel the need to leave. These recurring issues just aren't pleasant. UPDATE 9/29/23: The morning following the initial post of this review, I had received a phone call from the office manager. Essentially, they wanted to fix some of the "nasty" things I had said in my review. They requested I take the review down, as some of the things I mentioned were things I never even brought up to them and that they were all issues they are working on. After feeling pressured by the phone call, I did take down the review and gave them their time to fix the issues. It has been exactly one month and some things have certainly been fixed, of which I will give them credit for. That being said, there are issues that have not been resolved as well. The internet is still a huge issue. We ended up calling an AT&T rep ourselves to have them come down and check the issue. We found that our only solution is to use an 150ft ethernet cable wrapped around the entire apartment to give us decent speeds in our office. It works wonderfully, in the morning, when no one is home/on. However, at night is when it completely gives up and will often turn off entirely too. Certainly not worth the money we are spending on the Internet. Yet, trust the office to tell you they are infinitely working on a solution- something several other residents mentioned has been their catchphrase since May. Take this "nasty" (as quoted by the office manager) review as you will. I will reiterate that we still enjoy living here and these are all issues we can handle, just frustrating considering the costs of this apartment. 1/2/24: They'll fine you $50 for putting your trash out two hours early while their trash compactor overflows every weekend."

"My husband and I lived in these apartments for approximately 6 months and we love them, they are new, the facilities are incredible, it is a very quiet place, with controlled access, many monthly activities that you can participate in, and we love the treatment especially from our great friend Shawn in the office, he is the best, thank you for everything, we will miss you and the apartments !"

"My experience was quite overwhelming when I first moved in, however, I will say that, Carson, the assistant manager was FANTASTIC. She was on top of any problem that came up. She quickly worked to resolve all my issues with such poise and efficiency. She was professional, considerate, encouraging, thorough, and diligent. I commend her on how well she handled everything that was going on. Not once did I ever feel like I was a bother when I came to her with a problem. I would like to say KUDOS to Carson!
