"Overall we are happy with our community and the Integra staff they have been very accommodating. We enjoy when they bring food trucks (especially On the Border tacos :) and engage the community with events such as Sip & Paint and other friendly community gatherings during holidays, resident cookouts etc. We are happy with our apartment (4th floor) and have considerate neighbors. We do wish the community was picked up after more, as many residents or their guests litter the parking lots, pool area and other facilities. The veranda in the pool area should be cleaned, (kitchen area). The breezeways in the halls look pretty gnarly at times but I know they come and blow and clean the elevator every couple weeks (but there are lots of spider webs on stairwells) and those seem to be overlooked. Also, the trash compactor area can be an eye sore. Maintenance and staff has always been very helpful to address issues. Pest control appts they always come out. We have been lucky to only have had one missing/lost package when we first moved here, office staff assisted w parcel pending, there has not been any addt issues. We have renewed our lease for 16 mths and they were very fair in negotiating a renewal rent with us. This is a large community and I feel they continue to make improvements, we need a car wash station in the community. We hope to continue enjoying our time here at Integra Crossings ."

"We are coming up on a year of living at Integra Crossings and we really enjoy living here! When we were apartment hunting we just stopped in and Jakell Oliver was so welcoming! He showed us around and made us feel at home we decided we wanted to rent here and he made the process so easy and we got our keys within a few days! We have had zero issues here. Everyone in the office has been very friendly with me and when we have had issues they have been taken care of. Recently I’ve been having problems with my bank and rent and Lucille Bauzo has been so prompt with getting back with me and has been so understanding about my issues! We love our apartment design and layout! And the fact it comes with a full size refrigerator that most apartments don’t offer. I am also very grateful for the valet trash it’s one of my favorite things! The only issues I’ve seen while living here is lazy tenants that don’t pick up after their dogs or trash and don’t take care of things and that is 100% not the staffs fault… I don’t care where you live there are always “those people.” We even had a maintenance guy come to our apartment right after the hurricane to replace our latch door battery so we wouldn’t get locked out! And any time maintenance has been in my apartment they have been respectful. I honestly think if you move here and you treat the staff nice and go to them directly and explain to them your situation they will be more then happy to work with you! Also the location is amazing I love being so close to so many food and shopping places!"
