"This hotel has severe bed bugs, and management makes no sense, and owners treat American citizens like DOGS! They lack respect and honor. Too expensive for lack of service. When it comes to replacing anything in the rooms. They don't really have concerns for the people's health and no sincerity in apologies. They talk about you in a different language. You cant have visitors AT ALL & EVERYTHING has a fine of $150. Refuse to disinfect bathrooms properly and spray powder water to cover up fowl odors that dont do well..WHERE ARE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS? I wouldn't doubt this hotel to go down under very soon. Can you say...FLUSHSHSHSH! I wouldn't even have given 1 star, but it's ONLY WAY to be able to leave a comment...if you have an account, download Priceline. You can get better rooms for the same price or cheaper..At least it would be WORTH IT!"
