"This place was honestly very gross. It is in a desperate need of a deep deep clean throughout the whole hotel. I am typically not too picky but this place had me very discusted. Would not recommend. Also if you book this through Go Port transportation services, know that they were extremely late and caused my family to almost miss their cruise."

"Our flight was canceled and the airline have us a list of local hotels. The first couple we called couldn't put 5 people in 1 room. Comfort Inn & suites had a suite for us at a good price and even gave a discount for distressed travelers. A lot of people came here from our flight and they accommodated us all with shuttles and clean rooms"

"We had a late flight arrival on Friday January 12, 2024, and the front desk people could not have been more helpful. I was told by our car rental company that the counter would close at 11 PM (Hertz). Our flight came in at 11:30. I called in advance and spoke with Robert, who told me to call when we landed. We called when we got off the plane, then I found that the rental counter was open. He told me they were on the way, but would make sure we got our car. In the morning the internet was not working, and he stopped what he was doing to resolve the issue. The free breakfast was very good, and the woman who did all the work did a great job (I went back with a tip). It was very refreshing to have such friendly and attentive people helping us. The room was very nice, the fitness center was nice, I would stay here again anytime."

"The ladies at the front desk were friendly upon my check in. I reserved a double bed suite and it was surprisingly very spacious! Room looked clean and Beds felt okay. Breakfast was decent. They served eggs, Kielbasa, biscuits and gravy, with a few kinds of cereal, and pastries, coffee and juice. I loved the Kielbasa! My only issue was there was a musty smell in the room, like something got wet and didn't dry properly. The smell lingered our whole stay so that was a turn off. Other than that, our stay was great and we will most likely stay again the next time we're in the area."

"Choice hotels can be hit or miss, but this location is outstanding. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and safe. The parking lot is huge, and it's conveniently located. They offer shuttle service to the airport, a great complimentary breakfast, and a Stroopwaffle! While waiting for my husband in their lobby, I saw their exterminators were with Ecolab, and they're the absolute BEST. The Owner/Manager? was scheduling a huge number of service dates from them, which gives me confidence in the care taken towards this particular hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We stay in hotels really often, and this one definitely goes into my "favorites" category."
