"I’ve lived here for 2 years and find it difficult to even consider moving. The location is convenient, buildings and grounds are well kept, neighbors are great, and the staff are professional and considerate. Darlene has been wonderful to my kids and I from the beginning. She goes above and beyond anytime I had issues or concerns and I’m glad the new owners brought her back. The recent community events have also been awesome to enjoy and hope to see more this year!"

"When looking for apartments one of the most frustrating things is dealing with employees who are unknowledgeable and don’t care. That is the complete opposite at this complex - toured last week with Sydney and she was able answer all of our questions and had such a positive attitude the entire tour. It really made all the difference! Darlene was also super helpful and kind. The apartments are nice and at a good price for the area. Looking forward to signing a lease here and beginning my next chapter!"

"Revisiting this review I made a bit ago. Darlene is a poor excuse of a manager and is an extremely rude individual. The only time I’ve seen her be polite is with prospective resident looking to rent. I went into the office to go into the clubhouse and a young man was in there asking her a question and I’ve never heard an apartment manager be so rude and dismissive of someone. He was asking a simple question and as I overheard she was just being rude and snapped at him a few times. The young man was completely polite as she consistently shut him down. I will be reaching out to Lorri about her myself. Myself among many other residents do not want Darlene as our manager. If you can’t talk to someone like a human and be polite and APOLOGIZE if you are out of line then you need to step out of your position or be fired."

"Toured with the leasing consultant, Sydney, on Saturday. She was super helpful and intelligible of all of our questions. Apartments are clean and updated. Would definitely recommend taking a tour. I will be signing here within the coming weeks."

"Resident of four years who received a very warm welcome from Nicole (Leasing Manager), Eric (Property Manager) and Marcus (Maintenance) during my initial lease signing, move-in, service requests, and friendly interactions over the years with all my needs catered to. This has carried on with the addition of Darleen (Property Manager) who has been supportive during my lease renewals and transition to a new location as the time has come for me to relocate. This team at the Lofts at Savannah Park has been great to work with. The community is all friendly and I recommend this location as the local roads are lightly traveled compared to surrounding areas, it has great access to I-4 East & Westbound, and grocery / restaurants / shopping very nearby. Accommodating residence all around with a convenient gym, pool and community room, while common areas like the entryways, mail area, elevator, storage rooms, etc. are maintained regularly with cleanliness. I am very satisfied with my time in the studio unit and would recommend the Lofts to anyone interested in a new residence. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Lofts Team!"
