About the Business
Twelve Oaks RV Resort is a beautiful campground and lodging facility located at 161 Twelve Oaks Place in Sanford, Florida, United States. Our park offers a range of amenities including showers, restrooms, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi. Please note that the pool is currently unavailable due to construction and there is no cable TV available.
To make a reservation, please call us directly. RVs must be from the year 2009 or newer to stay at our resort. Rates start at $800.00 electric for the months of January, February, and March for new tenants and snowbirds. Electricity is included in the daily and weekly rates, with a $100.00 electric deposit required for monthly stays.
We strive to provide a peaceful and safe environment for all guests, so we ask for your cooperation in following our guidelines. Our management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone as allowed by Florida State Statutes. Pets are welcome at our park, with some restrictions on size and number of pets.
Please be aware of our rules regarding site assignments, vehicle parking, and additional structures such as sheds or carports. We want to ensure that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Twelve Oaks RV Resort.

"This place Broke my heart. I had some very decent neighbors across the street from me and very bad experiences with the manager Jack, who thinks he knows way more than he does and he needs to respect residents if he chooses to allow them in, he needs to not abuse his power and also be so ignorant to think he knows about all service dogs and laws and behaviors about them. He is one kf the most negative things about the park, amd actually, I wish hed realize hes just a person and not the law of land amd that poor management decisions including lying on tenants is a quick way to destroy a person's soul. Just pay a little more money and stay anywhere else. Take my review or not, False sense of community is one of the worst events I've ever experienced and i wish I nevr met him and this place with exception of one couple that lived across the street from me and my service dog who never hurt a person or dog ever but Jack's lies caused turmoil and suffering for."
"I find that the property manager is very unfair. He has done a poor job in the two months. I’ve been here him and his maintenance workers don’t even attempt to clean up this side of our campground area, knowing that we are with Unite Florida but there’s others that live around us that don’t even get the care that they need I’ve seen there Sit out in front of their place to be filled so they could have heat or cooking. I feel that they have pictures of a pool and I just feel that he doesn’t poor job. I’m taking care of his property."
"Kathy said they don't care about the FL law about breed restrictions. They will not accept me because of my pet. Horrible thing to make a person choose between their home or their fur baby."
"Quiet, cozy and comfortable for a good price. The staff here is the best part,friendly and helpful, especially James. Thank you."
"One of the most friendlest parks we've stayed in. Loved bingo night! They had a small dog park to let your pup run free. Lots to do in the area. I do however have one suggestion, please put a fan in the laundry room, ac not keeping up with heat. Would definitely come back again."
