"Sanford landing seems to be a really good place to live. It’s quiet at night, neighbors are nice, and the units are nicely sozed for the one bedroom option. We had some hiccups moving in with getting all of our needs futilely but with the help of the friendly staff, especially Yasmin for her patience and knowledge! We are thankful we found this place and hope to enjoy the next year at least here!"

"This apartment complex is off of a major road leading to several stores and close to the fantastic downtown Sanford area. You will not hear the traffic while still being able to get where you need to go quickly. I enjoy living here because the area has nice mature trees, sweet little ducks and duck babies, a great pool, workout room and the Staff is amazing. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues you may have."

"I am really disappointed to write this review because I really did like Sanford Landing. In fact, I had planned to move back in early March next year. I always paid rent on time, every time. And I was very quiet. I had recently moved out of my apartment after living there for only 10 months. When leaving, I made sure that the apartment was left in the same condition that I had found it, clean. Very clean. From behind the toilet, to the blades on the fan. After leaving, the next day I get a final statement from the company saying I owe 147.00 in cleaning and painting fees. I was confused; Luckily I took photos before I left. I attached those to the email and sent it to assistant manager. No response. So I called the front office to be dodged by the assistant manager. I then called again 15 minutes later where she had finally answered. She had told me she had pictures of the damages and will send them back to me via email. No problem! Maybe I missed something? A week later still no email or response of those damages.....Anyways, what is the purpose of this? Good thing pictures speak more than words."
