"Can't dry clothes with the hose attached as water backs clothes don't dry as it backs back up into the dryer and all over the laundry room floor. I've had 2 purchases 2 new dryers since moving back 4 years ago, the only way to dry my clothes is to let the air blow into the laundry room causing health issues. The extra fans in the bathroom have water that comes out when it rains, they are also inserted nack 2 front causing the smoke alarms to go off when taking a hot shower. The appliance don't work efficiently. Everytime we get heavy rain the walls underneath the windows get wet as do the ceilings below. The floors are lifting its bad. The mildew around the windows is like thick black grease. 4 years I have complained about this but nothing has been done. I understand the owners are suing the builders for the likes of these issues but how can they just not fix these issues for paying tenants. This is not right at all. Between the issue of the rain and the drying of clothes its takes extra time out of my day that I don't have to clear up water. Prior to the hurricane these apartments were top notch, ive lived here since 2014 and I can honestly say the changes have not been for the better."

"Nice place to live. Quiet and provides an atmosphere where u can let the kids play and relax. They need to fix the issue with the pool so it can be utilized. Also designated parking assignments wouldn't hurt."

"Had me to come telling me they would have something available by July 9 I had one wrong mistake on my background fales information I current it in one day told me my application was approved then turn around and told me they had nothing available least then 2 day's paying for things to get removed paid for the background check and down to the court house and all they pick and choose I was told by other's didn't believe it into it happen to and I'm a single mother without a place to stay"

"Pretty terrible at communication.. been trying to contact them for a week and a half and I'm getting nowhere. No one in office responds to phone calls or emails and I even emailed the supposed property manager. Only email I've gotten back is to call the number I've been calling or email the property manager. Just wanting to know a simple answer to my question before I'm homeless with 2 kids. And seeing that communication has been a problem for years, it shouldve been fixed by now"

"This place is a joke The management is awful the units have a pretty façade but they’re all garbage and there’s no assigned parking so good luck finding a spot next to your staircase if you’re on the third floor and again I would like to add the management is awful they might be in the office and they might answer your phone call but chances are you’ll leave a message that will never be returned and the open sign will be on a lock door to the office you would most likely be happier living in a box on the side of the road then you would spending money at this place. Super nice people just useless"
