Red Roof Inn Panama City

"I stayed at the Panama City location for a week while on a work trip. While at the location I had no wi-fi for the first four days there despite on a few people staying while I was there. Turned out to be a loose cable and after fixed wi-fi was extremely slow which isn’t good since I couldn’t access work on my laptop. Also two days in and a small bug ran across the floor which I didn’t think too much of since this is Florida, however my second to last day when gather my belongings to start packing for departure I moved my luggage bag to find a roach. I killed it and brought it down to the front desk where it was confirmed by staff to be a roach. They stated they would let management know and if I would like another room. Why would I go through packing up to move into another room when only a day left and what makes them think the roaches only picked my room? Don’t recommend this hotel!!"

"Please do not stay here. They have a roach problem and the rooms are not properly cleaned. I addressed the issue with the manager. They moved me to a new room and the same issue. I addressed it with the front desk manager when I left and he did not abide to their no taggle/hassle policy. It gave a very unapologetic discount. I have pictures and videos that I took while staying on the property."

"I drove up from Orlando to Panama City on January 17th for an audition to deal in the ebro poker room. I had spoken to Dave several times to ensure I had a room ready to drop off my service animal. When I got there was greeted by Dave who was very kind and compassionate. He had a room waiting for me to drop off my service animal and head over to my interview which I drove over 6 hours for. The staff was very friendly and greeted me with warmth. The room was immaculate which is hard to say about a room everything was perfect. Went to my audition and failed sadly likely from the drive and stress. It was 425 miles to drive in one day. I was so upset Dave and the staff was very empathetic sadly enough I decided to drive right back to Orlando same day but rest assured if I was ever to return to Panama City Beach this be my first only choice to stay they left a lasting impression and I highly recommend you staying here."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The manager, Peter, is really kind and inviting and the prices are great. And they are pet friendly:) I definitely recommend this place. We have stayed in other establishments in Panama City and have been disappointed. We will never stay any where else in Panama City in the future ! The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own towels, theirs are small but they will give you extra towels if needed. And there is a laundry room on site."

"Great room for the price! Room were nice and clean and spacious! Even though we arrived at 12:15 am, with no reservation, the male night attendant (wish I knew his name) was pleasant and friendly not to mention polite. He even offered us information on food delivery services. Our trip was work related, however, we will definitely come back to stay for a vacation trip!"
