"BEAUTIFUL hotel with great views, food and service! You feel welcome as soon as you walk in by the front and it’s very quiet and relaxing once in your room. There’s a fire pit, great marina view and super cool restaurant and bar with the best customer service. This hotel is a wonderful hidden gem!"
"I almost gave this a 4, however I have no complaints about the hotel itself but rather their 5th floor bar. This is not in Panama City Beach if that is what you are looking for, however it’s tucked away on the waterfront with a fantastic water view and minutes away from many restaurants. Our room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was comfortable. I do want to add while they have a 5th floor bar which was a nice touch, the drinks were pricey and not that great. I was also looking for an evening snack, but most of it was upscale food with no bar type snacks for those not looking for a gourmet meal."
"Stayed over the weekend for my wife's birthday!! What a fun stay cation we had!! Rooms and the view we're amazing. We enjoyed the downtown area as well!! Can't wait to come back!! The rates were so affordable!! Thanks for a great experience!!! Cat 5 Salsa"
"We stayed in one of the bay view rooms! It was beautiful! We also went to dinner at Harrison’s and it was great! The staff welcomed our dog and didn’t seem bothered he was in their hotel. However, the hotel kept charging our card once we left. The room was paid for in advance. We had to put $150 down for a hold. Which is understandable and will be reimbursed. We also were responsible for paying a pet fee of $75 also understandable and this is non refundable. BUT after we left, keep in mind I cleaned the room before leaving, gathered trash, stripped bed, left towels in one area. No damages at all. We were charged $123 plus the $150 plus $156…. $426 when we were told only $75 after we get the $150 hold back. I called and spoke with a manager and he agreed the room was left with no damages and didn’t understand why we were charged outrageous! Still waiting to be refunded $357"
