"My family and I (2 adults 3 kids -17, 14, 11) stayed in one of the Villas the last week of July for a spur of the moment end of summer trip. We booked last minute so there wasn’t a ton of availability in the area and the place we usually stay was sold out. I stumbled across this little gem online and am happy to say my expectations were exceeded! This place was very private, the pool was never too crowded (and my kids loved how deep it was) and the beach is STEPS away. I see a lot of reviews about no staff but we saw housekeeping and maintenance every day. They were all very friendly and helped with clean towels when needed. The room is renovated with a king bed in the bedroom and a bunk bed in the living room. There was enough room for an air bed by the bunks for our older child. The full kitchen was a huge bonus and the bathroom was very large with a great shower! It was so easy to get things back and forth from the car to the room as parking was very close. This boutique motel was absolutely perfect for us and we will 100% book here again. Also there is a small grocery store 1/2 mile down the road which was so nice not having to go all the way to the big box store. I honestly can’t say enough about this place. If you are looking for a quiet place with an ideal location, I highly recommend this place!!"

"We wanted to extend our vacation an additional night and this was the perfect spot to do just that! Property was clean, nicely updated, comfortable, pet friendly, and affordable! Pool area was nice with plenty of chairs and warm water. Beach access is right across the street. We would stay here again!"

"The location is perfect, very quiet and nice. It's not very fancy, though. If you're looking for something more upper class, this isn't for you. I seen some bugs. Things were broken, too pricey for such a run-down place. Also, they have no office at all. I found that weird. But if you want a pool, a stove in the room, and just a walk across the street to the beach, then maybe it's not so bad for you. The beach there was access to was beautiful and family friendly."

"It was perfect. My room was super cute(perfect size for 2). The beach was directly across the street. On site pool. There in the middle of construction but we never heard a thing. Everyone bent over backwards night n day for us. The owner is amazing always responded quickly. We will definitely be going back there to stay."
