"Rooms are lackluster but clean. Definitely pack your own pillows, though. Normal people sleep on rectangular pillows but these were square and small so I woke up several times with no pillow under my head. Neither of us slept good because the curtains did not go all the way across the window and we were located just perfectly for the streetlight to light our room up. On the bright side, the front desk people were very friendly and polite. Staff does an excellent job with cleaning and cooking, etc. Breakfast was okay. Could have been better with some sort of sausage or bacon or cinnamon rolls but the sausage gravy was delicious. Everything I ate was delicious to be fair. The location is pitiful though. Train tracks were very close by(I woke up to them at one point) and my husband almost drove right past this place. Also I should have looked at a map before booking this because it was WAYYYY on the other half of PCB past the marina area tucked FAR away from all the attractions. Also.... the weather was rainy and the breakfast/check-in area seemingly is separated from the rooms... Walking in the rain was not a highlight for me. There needs to be a way to get from the rooms to the check-in place without having to get drenched and muddle through the parking lot. You get what you paid for... And in the future I will probably pay a little more to get a better place to stay. But, for the price, it's reasonable."
"Wonderful staff. Was able to take my dog. Big area in the back to walk him. Very quiet at night. Good breakfast and everything close to shop, eat and also Doordash had lots of places on their list to order from."
"Very friendly staff, great breakfast included, nice pool and rooms. We even had an issue with our door our last night here and we given a different room so that we would be able to get in and out of the room, even though it was our last night. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed our time."
"On the surface everything seems clean and tidy. But you can tell they need an update. The mattress pad and the mattress cover has many dark stains on them. Loved the shower in the bath. Just needs a little more care but not a bad stay."
"We came to Panama City to escape from Hurricane with our dogs. We had no reservations and were very relieved to find a nice, clean hotel that would allow us to stay with large dogs at a reasonable rate. Very convenient to everything. I would stay here again."
