Andrews Place Apartments

"I live there for over 3 years. When you sign your first year least they have a paper saying if you live there longer then 2 years and you move out buying a house you will get 5% of what you have paid to go towards your closing.THAT IS A LiE!!! Each lease I have signed since the first has said the same thing and I moved out at the end of March and closed on my house and still has not gotten my 5% yet."

"Aweful beware. I moved in June and i pay double in rent for peace and quite. Lived here 5 years last 2 was aweful. Good luck if you can get the office staff to do anything. The pools have always been locked or nasty. Noise levels are insane even from the office staff that live in units above you. Walk ways and breezways are never clean filled with trash or appliances."

"Andrews Place has come a long way. I've recommended several friends and family members. Management is on the ball. Also, I've noticed a lot of one star reviews. My opinion on that is. People have a tendency to get mad about things here because they 1. Don't pay rent on time and 2. They don't want to follow the rules. 3. Management is super professional and they don't play."

"I've been living at Andrews place since 2012. The managers take good care of me and my apartments needs. They are very respectful, and they follow the rules. I love my one piece apartment baby!. My first home is new Orleans and my second home has panama city. In the last few years, it has been cleaned up alot. Pay yo rent on time baby!!!"
