"We have stayed at seaspray since the 1980's twice in 2023. Everything was perfect. The entire property was clean and is a gated set up for security. Can't wait till summer time 2024. Ladies at check in are very nice and easy to deal with. 5 stars all the way"

"At some point in my life that I have been coming to the Ft.Walton Beach area, I have always stayed at Sea Spray. The Sea Spray Complex looks fresh and new. Each unit has its own personality, and has all the amenities to make it an enjoyable stay. The staff is very friendly and takes pride in making Sea Spray a standout from other condominium vacation complexes. My Wife and I like the small community feel, and the easy access to the beach and pool. This will be always be our go to vacation for years to come."

"They accept pets. However you have to go upstairs to use the bathroom. No bathrooms on the lower floors, only upstairs. If you rent a condo that’s upstairs you still have to go up another flight of stairs to get to the bathroom. It’s right on the beach with 2 boardwalks and has a nice swimming pool area."
