Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Walton Beach

"This hotel is horrible. The rooms do not look at all like the pics. When we first opened the door the room smelled awful. There was no TV remote and the cable on the back of the TV was gone. Front desk gave me a remote but it still didn't work. Coffee maker was broken. Staff was very rude and janitor came in room yelling at me for stopping up the toilet. He put his finger in my face and told me it was my fault and I flushed something I wasn't supposed to. Front desk refused to give me his name for my complaint. Sheets had not been changed and their was hair and trash in the bed."

"this was possibly the WORST stay i have ever had in a motel? we were told this place was better than the place we stayed last time. the website says free complimentary breakfast and a coffee/tea/juice of your choice, i call to ask when it begins and the front desk lady is RUDE as can be. i would never stay here again. i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. -0/10 experience"

"Horrible hotel. Very dirty. Room smelt.like smoke mixed with mold. People were arguing all night in front of the room. People were sleeping.in their vehicles at the end of the hotel in front of the pool. The room very outdated. Furniture probably 20 years old very worn falling.apart. Needs painted and wall repair. I bought Clorox wipes just to make sure not to catch a virus. Bought air freshener and heavily sprayed to cover up the bad smells. Beds are not comfortable. The television did not work. I would suggest that Wyndham removes their name from this hotel. It was shocking to deal with. Would not recommend. If my husband was not in the ICU. I would never had stayed."

"So, when you pay lower prices, you can't expect a Hilton. When we opened the door, first thing we saw was a cockroach. I'm not naive, and I know that they come with almost every commercial building, so I just made sure not to put ANYTHING on the floor. Staff was friendly, and helped us with a problem we had with our tv. Pool area was nice, but it was too cold to use the pool. Plenty of vending and there is guest laundry. Close to EVERYTHING."

"The only problem's, the place is being ran fraudulently, it's impersonation an deformation of character, it's illegal to even do. An yes Wyndham owns the property, the CEO has a brain. Other then that I was a missing TV remote an someone disconnected the back cord to the t.v, along with the small coffee maker missing that usually in the room already. Other then that no other problems. Everything can be fixed if you ask respectfully at the front desk,one of the honest better hotel then a heck of a lot of others I've stayed in an it's peaceful."
